You don't have to be an Actuator to access these pages, but it helps. An actuator is simply someone who is dedicated to realising worldpeace by 2020 at least for a while, even if it is to consider the possibility for a few minutes. If enough people take their turn, perhaps taking a few months out between school and college, or after uni, or even as a break from their career path, our ideals may be realised.
