I haven't really thought too much about this. I am hoping, as we approach 2020, much thought has been applied by everyone and anyone.

Two things seem obvious. A sustainable plan, which we can call Pax Humana for want of a better term, and the Transitional Years as we implement changes in 2021 till perhaps 2024.
